This website is operated by Flex Drive ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

1. Use of the store
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country to place an order. You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful purpose.

2. Products and fitment
FlexDrive™ devices are designed for specific GM vehicles with Active Fuel Management (AFM) or Dynamic Fuel Management (DFM). Not every GM vehicle is compatible, and the devices are not designed for diesel engines. Please check fitment before ordering, or send us a message through our Contact page (https://h1dty8-9g.myshopify.com/pages/contact) to confirm.
FlexDrive™ does not repair existing engine damage. If your engine already has a tick, misfire or other mechanical issue, have it inspected by a qualified mechanic.
Emissions and inspection rules vary by state. You are responsible for following the laws and regulations that apply to your vehicle. We recommend unplugging the device before any emissions inspection or dealer service visit.

3. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

4. Accuracy of information
We work to keep product photos, descriptions and prices accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct them at any time.

5. Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee are covered in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

7. Optional warranty
If you purchase the FlexDrive™ 1-Year Extended Warranty, we will replace a FlexDrive™ that stops working under normal use within 1 year of delivery. It does not cover loss, physical damage or misuse.

8. Third-party trademarks
Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Buick and other vehicle names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe vehicle fitment. Flex Drive is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by General Motors.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flex Drive is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including repair, towing or diagnostic costs, arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Personal information
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to our business, without limiting any consumer protection rights you have where you live.
